Her dermatologist started her on hydrocortisone and tacrolimus. After a few weeks, it was obvious the hydrocortisone wasn't doing the job, so she was bumped up to triamcinolone for her body, hydrocortisone for her face, and Vaseline for any non-rashy areas.
